Frivolous Fridays: Lucy, You Have Some Explaining To Do!

If I had a dollar for every hour I’ve spent watching hilarious reruns of “I Love Lucy,” I’d be able to pay off my student loans.

In my eyes, Lucille Ball was one tough lady and a fantastic pioneer. Think about it: she was one-half of one of television’s first biracial couples and she spoke out against the McCarthy era and while making strides in film and television-and she was funny, to boot!

On August 6 (which would have been Ball’s 100th birthday), Blue Water Productions will pay homage to the funny lady with a 32-page comic book illustrating her career and life in a much-deserved tribute, no explanations necessary!
